Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
As a small business owner and a second-time mom to my newborn, I value your time and truly appreciate your understanding as I adjust my schedule. To best serve all clients during this new season, I have revised and will be strictly enforcing my cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Fees
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
• Grace Policy: Each new client is offered a one-time grace cancellation, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given and the appointment is 60 minutes or less. I understand that life happens.
• Repeat Cancellations: More than two late cancellations will require a full-price, non-refundable deposit to schedule future appointments.
• Emergencies: I understand emergencies happen. If one arises, please contact me as soon as possible. One emergency exception may be granted at my discretion.
Deposits, Prepaid Services & Gift Cards
• All deposits, prepayments, prepaid appointments, prepaid services, appointment fees, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Deposits or prepayments for appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be applied to a future appointment.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
• All cancellations must be made by personally contacting me at (850) 572-7233.
• Appointment reminders are sent 72 hours and 24 hours before your scheduled appointment as a courtesy.
• If you need to reschedule in advance, you may do so online. All cancellations must be made directly with me.
Card on File
A valid card on file is required for all clients.
