Meet your Esthetician Ashley Ashley is a passionate esthetician and a Leo wife, and mom to a wonderful 8-year-old boy. Her journey into the world of beauty began at a young age, but it was in her early thirties that she discovered her true calling in esthetics and skincare. After experiencing changes in her own skin, she embarked on a journey of self-discovery, learning to embrace her natural beauty and fostering a deep appreciation for self-care. Ashley believes that beauty is more than skin deep; it's about feeling confident and comfortable in your own skin. This realization inspired her to help others on their own journeys to self-love and empowerment. With a warm, nurturing approach, she creates a welcoming environment where clients can explore skincare solutions tailored to their unique needs. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy As a small business owner and a new second time mom to my newborn, I value your time and appreciate your understanding as I adjust my schedule. To best serve all clients during this new season, I have revised and am strictly enforcing my cancellation and rescheduling policy. Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Fees. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. • Grace Policy: Each new client is offered a one-time “grace” cancellation (with at least 48 hours’ notice), understanding that life happens. • Repeat Cancellations: More than two late cancellations per client will require a full-price, non-refundable deposit for future bookings. • Emergencies: I understand emergencies occur; in such cases, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss options. One emergency exception may be granted at my discretion. • Deposits & Pre-Payments: All deposits, pre-payments, and appointment fees are non-refundable. However, payments/deposits for appointments cancelled or rescheduled within the notice period may be re-applied to a future appointment. How to Cancel/Reschedule: • All changes must be made by personally contacting me at (850)572-7233. • For your convenience, you will receive a reminder message 72 and 24 hours before your appointment. • Online Scheduling: If you wish to reschedule ahead of time, online tools are available; however, for cancellations, please contact me directly. Your understanding and respect for this policy allows me to offer flexible, reliable service to all of my clients especially as my family grows and my availability changes.
